Intro
I am a data expert with a strong technical background, specializing in data processing and analysis. Beyond the fascination with data, I focus on interpersonal collaboration and communication. Efficient processes and clear goals are the foundation of my daily work.
Currently, I design data architectures in Azure at Blue Radix and develop infrastructures for the autonomous control of greenhouses. With my PhD in Computer Science, international experience, and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Belbin Team Roles Accredited Practitioner, and Business Coach, I bring expertise, organizational talent, and strong communication skills. My abilities in process optimization and knowledge transfer, combined with my startup experience and my role as Lead Engineer, Technical Product Owner and Team Lead, enable me to manage complex projects efficiently, create structures, and develop sustainable solutions.

A business coach helps people and organizations recognize their potential, overcome challenges, and create sustainable change. She guides her clients through structured coaching processes, helping them set clear goals, discover strengths, and develop creative solutions. She uses proven conversational techniques to create a trusting atmosphere. A business coach identifies and works with inner beliefs and blockages to promote personal growth. Through practical exercises, case examples, and reflections, she develops the skills to accompany people on their path and to effect positive changes in both professional and private contexts.
Belbin Team Roles Accredited Practitioner
Belbin Team Roles Accredited Practitioner since March 2023
Belbin team roles are used to identify behavioral strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. They provide a common language to improve communication and collaboration — whether for personal development, conflict resolution, or fine-tuning top performance (see also https://www.belbin.com/about/why-belbin [Aug 15, 2025]).
In 2017 I participated in a course where Belbin team roles were used. This course helped my colleague and me to understand each other better. Getting to know our respective strengths and weaknesses led to more efficient collaboration and an optimized distribution of work. In 2023 I had the opportunity to become a Belbin Team Roles Accredited Practitioner and since then have been running team trainings based on the team roles.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt since December 2022
Lean Six Sigma is a method for optimizing process performance. It focuses on eliminating waste and defects to increase efficiency and quality. The method combines the Six Sigma approaches developed at Motorola in the 1980s with the principles of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Enterprise, which originated at Toyota in the 1940s. The goal is to reduce or completely eliminate resources that do not create value for customers—internally or externally. Although Lean Six Sigma was originally developed for manufacturing, I successfully apply it in IT, maintenance, and customer-facing processes.
