Why?
Without professional, practical, and personal support, I wouldn’t be at the point in my life I am today. It is important to me to stand professionally by others’ side so they can find and achieve their goals.

What?
My focus is on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that cannot afford the services of large consulting firms but still want to take action. They often face challenges due to a lack of knowledge or experience.
I offer a range of services that cover the concrete implementation of digitization projects in close collaboration with stakeholders. This also includes consulting in data engineering, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, and cloud. I support both owners and employees through targeted knowledge transfer, optimize existing processes, and help define efficient new workflows.
In addition, I develop tailored advisory concepts, assist with building IT teams and selecting external contractors, and offer individual training and coaching.
My many years of experience in IT form a solid foundation for my company, particularly in data engineering, cloud, data science/ artificial intelligence, as well as server and network infrastructure. With my Green Belt certification, I am able to systematically optimize processes. My Belbin Team Role Accreditation and my qualification as a business coach help me to specifically improve interpersonal collaboration and communication. Thanks to my diverse teaching activities, I can effectively convey knowledge. In recent years I have worked in startups, where I took on a wide range of tasks in addition to my main role and developed an efficient way of working.
In my current role as Lead Engineer, long-term thinking and strong communication skills are essential. I translate plans into tangible results and bring structure to complex situations. My strengths include strategic planning, process improvement, targeted problem solving, as well as organization and efficiency.
